Frank is the son of USA 🇺🇸 Foreign Service Diplomat and was raised in 11 countries around the world. He holds B.S. degrees in International Business & Marketing from Florida State University.
His career spans 30+ years (see career section on LinkedIn) including an expat based in Germany 🇩🇪 working on behalf of Mitsubishi 🇯🇵 expanding European and LATAM markets for high-end architectural products.
Frank is former Co-Founder of NuBoard Media, Inc.: a nationwide stadium 🏟️ sponsor activation and sports retail packaging company (34% equity owner) with 350+ clients and has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, BrandWeek and Sports Business Journal. www.nuboardmedia.com
Since 20212 he has studied the Global Financial system, traditional finance (TradFi) and early Decentralized Finance (DeFi). 🏦 Due to his fascination with researching the transition of TradFi to DeFi via blockchain-enabled digital assets, Frank exited NuBoard in 2025 and Founded Vizzor Digital Assets Consulting in 2026.
Frank loves God, his large family, soccer ⚽️ and music. He wrote, recorded, and performed 16 rock songs as an independent artist and loves to 🎤 sing and dance.
